Warehouse Christmas Hours

It's that time of year again where everyone winds down for a bit of a break for the Christmas and New Year period.

Our team will be taking a well deserved break meaning our warehouse operations will be limited over this period.

Our warehouse will close at 3pm on Wednesday 21st of December and reopens 8:30am on Tuesday 3rd of January 2023.

• All orders received after 10am on the 21st December will be packed and dispatched on the 3rd January 2023.
• Any support requests will be actioned when our customer service team return on the 3rd January 2023.
• If you are awaiting a package that has not yet arrived, please follow the prompts to track your package in your shipment email and lodge a investigation with our courier booking provider Shippit or Australia Post - they will be able to assist further with this.
• Please remember there may be delays to your delivery due to the Christmas surge and COVID related delays.
